Bar Duomo, Siena, Italy
Not far from the famous cathedral is a neighborhood bar on a small piazza named after the famous dome. I thought it was odd to have a bar named after a church but later on found out that duomo and domicile come from the same root word meaning "home". Could this be the Italian "Cheers"?
